Bag’s Take-Away:
If Rudy Giuliani is going to put forth Mitt as someone who has “been a leader in the effort to make certain that America remains safe,” consider the photo by Getty’s John Moore as something of a reality check on this photo-op marking the 1 year anniversary of bin Laden’s killing. If you’re going to exploit the terrorism issue and the 9/11 attack by posing alongside a fire vehicle emblazoned with names of deceased “first responders,” then it only makes sense to present “another side,” that — through the car window — being the skeptical faces of citizen onlookers.
