What do you think the thinking is behind this? That Santorum is more mature now? That doesn’t make sense, since he’s only three years older than Obama. Someone has decided that whatever youth vote is available to the GOP, it needs Santorum to be more beautiful than he is at the moment (which, if I look at these photos of him, means 20 pounds and seven to ten years younger). Maybe he needs to be a visual opposite of Romney (this I think makes more sense): younger, more vital, handsome in a less Ken Doll way.
